Our story
From El Salvador to the entire region
Pliret was founded in 2014 with a simple idea: companies in Latin America need access to the best talent without the complexity of international searches and without paying Silicon Valley prices. We started in San Salvador with a handful of local clients and a small team.
Today, more than a decade later, we connect talent with companies in 9 countries across Latin America and the United States. We've placed over 500 professionals, delivered software projects for fintech, retail, logistics and banking, and consolidated as the official Softland ERP distributor.
But what hasn't changed is most important: we still answer WhatsApp, we still defend our candidates as if they were family, and we still believe technology is worth as much as the people who build it.
